Starting a little late but thats ok.

Alright! Due to my own busy schedule and other things we're getting started a little late, but we can work with it.
Ok so just a quick review. Kards for Kids is a way to make some little kids who need a smile especially this time of year, smile. Make, draw, glue, sprinkle, or create in anyway shape or for, a simple card. As soon as I get them all together, I will either take or mail them to Denver Children's Hospital in Denver, CO. Since we're starting alittle late, I'll make the day that I'm going to stop collecting them, Jan. 1 2010.
Ok just a few rules and you can get started making that card.

Well guys, I feel I need to apologize. Life and work and school got in the way this time and I'm going to be unable to make the trip. Thank you all for being supportive, but it's just not going to work this time.
So what now? We go to plan b! If you still want to submit cards online or mail them to me, I will take them as late as December 24th. What I plan to do is to take all the cards I get, package them up and mail them off. I feel bad that I can't deliver them in person, but I suppose a proxy Santa will do.

HO-KAY! Well the final date is coming up soon, little more than a month now. I have admit this stuff is kindof sneaking up on me, and I have to keep spinning around to see how far it is behind me XD.
The Deviant Art version of this has started up and if you're not going to do one of these please do the other. This is one of the coolest things I've found on DA.
Ok I'm gonna go over the basics again and then get to class.

This is a wonderful thing you're doing here. My mother had cancer a few years ago and she's in remission, too. I can't wait to get started on some cards! Thank you so much for the inspiration

Just A Question. Am I supposed to make the card on the computer or on pen and paper. Also do I have to printed or would you doit. Ok then I think what you guys are doing is pretty cool so you can count on me. And sure I would really like to give a smile to every single one of those kids. But i can do alot of cards so you can count on 1 specially made card for a special kid. And is good to see that there is still people who care about others.
Thanks for your support. You can make the card however you want. If you want to make it with pen and paper thats fine. If you don't want to trust snail-mail with your card though you can make it on the computer and send us a note when you post it on DA, also if you want to make it with pen and paper and scan it to DA thats fine too. If you put it on DA, then I'll print it off and take it. I hope that answered your questions if not well then just come back and tell what else you need to know. This is my first time doing anything like this so it may be a bit bumpy, so forgive me. ^_^
Just a new update. I just got a call from my Oncologist at DCH and she said she will get me in contact with a social worker so that i can go through the right doors and be able to bring the cards and stuff up there.
